The main visual shows a figure beside a central sphere, while ripples stand for the growing influence of individuals in the digital age. Concept sketches were prepared in Photoshop and Illustrator, three-dimensional elements and scenes were built in Cinema 4D, and the animated version was edited in After Effects. The layout adapts to social media, websites and large printed posters. The design presents the recruitment process clearly to young job seekers.
