Artistic details, including paint, grilles, fabric, and black glass, were incorporated while staying within budget. The ground level is divided into two zones, with a custom L-shaped kitchen in the rear. Through space adjustments, a flexible room was created, and the bedroom was expanded by removing a partition wall.
