It provides an office home base in Shanghai but also a suitable meeting space for the various investors, and VIPs. Programmatically, it is divided into two sides by the lobby, a workstation side and a meeting side. The office side is dominated by four long tables recalling library reading tables and personal lockers. Private desks are hidden behind wood partitions. A modern and minimal approach keeps the material palette to concrete, travertine, and blond oak.
