It includes bilingual editions in Korean and English and a file folder for promoting the realtors' sales activities to prospective clients. Inspired by collaboration with the realtors, the designer managed the brand communications for the franchisee products to market their services and performance. The brochure features informative content, while the file folder accommodates sales documentation to facilitate client consultation.
