However, an ideal proposal that balances economic considerations and embraces the open seascape, lightweight structure, and rustic beauty was realized. The design involved modifying an approximately 100 square meters indoor area by removing a partition wall to capture an invaluable view. The entrance features a raised platform with a wash and sand function. It's connected by stairs to different bedrooms and the entryway, leading to a semi-outdoor Jacuzzi on the balcony, which forms the core of the design.

This design represents a clever interplay of architecture and psychology, where the panoramic seascape takes center stage, supported by a design that respects both the need for open, transformative space and the reassuring embrace of defined living areas. The balcony with its Jacuzzi and swing chair becomes an intermediary space, blending indoors with the outside, and highlighting structural safety as a key aspect of the installation.
