The design incorporates layers of colorful acrylic panels that reflect sunlight and create shades of different colors on the ground. The strategic positioning of the panels creates an open and accessible space for the public to rest and play. Inspired by the dynamic nature of Hong Kong, the pavilion symbolizes hope, positivity, and the energy of the city.
