This 96 sqm residential apartment, a 17-year-old house, underwent a renovation featuring a soothing milk tea color scheme, complemented by curved elements and seamless flooring. The functional layout is tailored to suit the lifestyle of the owner and his wife, with a rotating TV wall serving as a focal point. This innovative design maximizes space and integrates multiple functions, including display storage, audio-visual entertainment, and a work area.
