This project involves the renovation of an old house that is 30 years of age, accommodating a couple and their unborn child. rearrange the excess space, mainly adopting a simple, cozy style, with a touch of French vintage flair. The family plans to live in this home for the next 20 years and record every gorgeous moment for the rest of their lives, turning the old space memories into new ones. Hoping that the homeowners' future life will be as beautiful as blooming flowers in spring.

Taking break the monotony in home and visually enlarge space with streamline design as main point, the design team turned a 30-year-old house into a technology company headquarter. In order to improve damaged walls and lighting, firstly the team conducted seven processes, such as covering tiles with imported paints, besides, they strengthened waterproofing work to protect old facade, and rearranged plumbing pipes.
