View Profile Consult Now Hire NowThe collection Nostalgia Moon, designed by Chelsea Shin, was made to keep a promise with her grandmother, but that promise could not be kept. In 2021, she started to design the collection by recalling herself praying for the peace and well-being of her grandmother on the moon in the night sky. The most essential element of her design was adding circles and curves to the basic bodice patterns and using flexible boning to the edges of each garment to emphasize the softness of the round moon that she captured every night. Her garments were designed in 3 dimensions as if they were a round moon.
