The measurement of the space has exceeded the traditional plan area to the height of space in such a high land cost area where only a small office is affordable. The whole space volume is under consideration. With a faith of technology changing workplace and mobile working, they see it as a workplace space experiment in the office design. Rather than providing individual workstation, there are more mixed-use spaces and spaces can be transformed, to support work activities, and more importantly to encourage communication and interaction.

The project site is situated in Shuangyue Bay, where natural landscape with two crescent-moon-like beaches and beautiful sea view are found. Contradict to the organic growth pattern of the nearby fishing village, the simple form and tall volume has made the hotel an eye-catching identity in the district. With infinity pools, restaurants, entertainment, and so on, the hotel offers lots of activities for visitors to spend their time. Moreover, outdoor sports activities and the discovery of the fishing village culture will be impressive for visitors as well.
