View Profile Consult Now Hire NowThe design took inspiration from the poetic beauty of the Song-style literati gardens to create a more concise modern design language for the residents to immerse themselves in the enjoyable and habitable beauty. Taking the essence of the traditional lanes, relying on the natural environment of mountains and rivers, Tianqingli is gradually developed through the courtyard cluster space, the street lane communication space, and the private space of the courtyard, which can better understand the soul-stirring of the thousand-year culture.

The innovation of this design nurtured from local context is reflected in two dimensions. The first dimension is the visual harmony of architecture and environment with the combination of high-brightness white (the aluminum plates) and high-saturation blue (the sea and the sky) and green (the court and the coconut forest). The second dimension is the unity of architecture and local climate: the loose architectural layout makes the indoor spaces surrounded by the courtyards, and the comfort of living on the tropical seashore is realized by sufficient shading and ventilation.
