View Profile Consult Now Hire NowThe chef's flagship restaurant, the most famous chef in israel, was born out of the chef's desire to actualize all his personal fantasies-serve dishes that seemed like a work of art. The restaurant was inspired by galleries and artistic representatives with a huge iron library that accompanied the entire space of the restaurant up to the gallery floor. In a library of artefacts collected from around the world, the shoe sculpture of Tom Dixon in which the chef served a special dish for an official dinner by the Israel Prime Minister and Japanese Prime Minister.
