The unevenness of the oak absorbs the light from the outside, giving it depth and allowing it to penetrate deep into the room. The interior also extends outwards, giving the impression of a cave, with the interior and exterior designed as one. The glass facade reflects the activity of the salon in the city, making the movement of people part of the design.
