View Profile Consult Now Hire NowVilla 22 is a private house built into a slope in the rural landscape near the Meuse river in the south of the Netherlands. The name refers to the 22 degree incline of the site. The concrete was cast in place, and all pipes and installations are set within the concrete slabs. The protruding balconies show the structural potential of the material. Elm wood adds a warm appearance, while large windows bring the surrounding nature inside. A swimming pool joins the geometric lines of the building with water. Design and construction took place between 2017 and 2019.
