View Profile Consult Now Hire NowNam Kwong Diehu Center is a mixed-use complex designed for Qidong, Jiangsu, China. The site lies in the central business district, next to Diehu Lake. The design is divided into three plots. One plot holds the working and commercial areas, and two plots hold the residential areas. The form of the twin towers is inspired by the shape of a butterfly, following the local name of Diehu Lake. The complex covers a total area of 304,000 square meters. Ecological residences and fitness parks support a healthy community.

Doe O-Mega Urban Complex is a mixed-use building designed for a site in Bonifacio Global City in Manila. The elliptical, three-dimensional O-shaped form covers 400,000 square meters and contains offices, residences, a hotel, shops, and meeting spaces. The atrium stays shaded for most of the day, creating a comfortable outdoor space, while a wind tunnel guides natural air to cool the atrium and the lobby. Light-colored concrete, aluminum panels, and glass reduce heat absorption. Photovoltaic glass railings collect solar energy, and the podium roof holds a public garden.

Aurotek Technology is a factory building located in Kunshan, Jiangsu, China. The 10344 square meter plant houses a mechanical assembly workshop, a clean room and supporting offices. The exterior is built from locally produced concrete hollow bricks and glass, arranged to form a breathable skin that provides natural lighting and self-shading. Buoyant ventilation windows increase natural air convection, and a green atrium moderates the indoor microclimate. Computational fluid dynamics was used to study ventilation. The design follows the three-star Chinese green building standard.
