View Profile Consult Now Hire NowThe plot is shaped like a trapezoid. The site adjoins an affordable housing on the south and Beihuan Avenue on the north, hence facing serious noise interference. In light of this fact, the project adopts an inner courtyard-style layout. Due to the Songpingshan Gas Vaporizing Station on the northwest corner, the building should be set back for 50m according to relevant regulations, which has a huge impact on the spatial layout and causes the building to lean towards the southeast corner. The project is a Grade-1 fire station with a plot area of 3.660,10m2 and a gross floor area of 5.791,64m2.

Located in Longgang Sub-district, Longgang District, Shenzhen, the project is a level-1 fire station characterized by a concentrated layout. Fire truck leaves the station by following an inner courtyard-style route. The project occupies a plot area of 5,468.3 square meter and a gross floor area of 5,062.93 square meter. It is composed of a 3 story operation building as well as a 7 story training tower, with heights of 13.8 and 35 meter respectively. The site can accommodate 8 fire trucks. The white sculptural architectural form embodies firefighters' strength and keenness.

Sited at the north of Guanguang Road, Longhua District, the project is by far the largest comprehensive social welfare center in Shenzhen, covering an area of 32,269 sqm and housing the children' home and the old people's home. The two buildings for the children and the elderly are independent but share resources. The design goal is to control cost, carry forward Lingnan features and create a bright, spacious and warm architectural hue with good ventilation.

Tianliao Fire Station is located in Shenzhen, China. It is a new fire station with a centralized layout. Its gross floor area is 5,039.5 sqm with 3,985 sqm above the ground. It has a 3-story office building and a 7-story training tower. The floor area ratio is 0.97. The design should satisfy basic needs, consider the possibility of the profession development, and embody the considerations of openness and cultural promotion of fire control.
