Also, so as to shape a dreamland for the kids, the designer has left flexible spaces for the client to utilize, and in order to reduce the dazzle of white lights that a normal classroom will use, the designer has set up gentle warm white lights to avoid this situation.

The foyer is decorated with ink and white gold paintings as the vista and extends to the marble of the living room TV wall to show a sense of grandeur and understated luxury. Lines and wood grain are added to enhance the texture. Creates a spacious public area for the client, who values interpersonal relationships. The multi-seater sofa in the living room and the large space show that the client wants visitors to feel comfortable and at ease. The space is decorated with metallic elements such as chandeliers and wall sconces in a beige base to create an understated yet elegant image.

The 20 square meters size balcony is one of the building's features which is also the client's most satisfying space. However, in order to follow the regulations, the designer has set up a canopy in the area which can not only moderately reduce the impact from the weather but also give the space complete privacy. In addition, with the French windows of the house, the sunlight can easily filter into the house. Moreover, the hostess of the house can hang out their laundry conveniently, because of the wideness of the balcony which can accommodate approximately 20 people at the same time.
