Due to the different light conditions during the day the same building can look different each time you look at it. During the retouching process, the buildings get isolated from their environment to bring out the uniqueness of the buildings and to be able to edit the sky. In some cases, they are also manipulated to give it a more surreal touch.

This series features the very traditional and unique buildings of Porto, Portugal. It is one of the oldest European centers and its most famous for port wine. The historic houses are interpreted with a pastel dreamworld of dust and dawns, golden gutters and clouds are supporting the surreal but peaceful vibes. Porto's traditional buildings are perfect to create a surreal, pastel dreamworld with clouds.
