Clouds By The River Real Estate Sales Center
With the change of market demand, composite commercial body has become a new direction for designers to explore. As a sales center with the theme of parent-child activities, the designer tries to present the sales space from the perspective of children. The project considers the needs of adults and children in a balanced way, and tries to create an activity space that allows children to fully experience exploration and parents to rest assured.

The Grand Canal Real Estate Sales Center
Yangzhou is an ancient city full of poetry. The project is located on the tributary of the Yangzhou section of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, where the history and culture of Yangzhou come together. The elegance of Yangzhou is infused into the details of the project. Through color, home furnishing and special works of art, an art space that is most in line with the local temperament is constructed. The combination of ancient and modern Oriental aesthetics, which not only carries the history but also accepts the modern elegant taste, makes this project a success.

Exquisite texture stone spread magnificent, and metal interweave a detailed hierarchical order, delicate and concise vocabulary to the sublimation of character texture.

Vanke Yantai Chang An Sales Center for Real Estate
This is a sales center located in Yantai city, this project has a really spacious lobby, and high ceiling which is just right for the design inspiration theme. The "Gatsby style" stated that the designer is demonstrating a luxury life style in this space and the art installations (such as the camera statue) also corresponded to the design theme and furniture settings.

Noble Status Sales Center for Real Estate
To apply the sun light and curves of flowing water into the interior design as contemporary aesthetic language the team used large scale French window to surround this space for full cover of natural lighting during daytime and sense of bondless among the outdoor garden area and space inside. For the same purpose, the designer used furniture settings with lower figures, simple outline and calm colors, curvy walls as well as our original stainless-steel art installations shaped like water drop and wavy lake surface to express the beauty of nature in traditional C.

The project is a sales center at Tianning district in Changzhou, next to Zijing park. The main task is to bond "the forest" into urban living. The team invited well-known floral artist, using floral as material , with lightings and shadows which naturally became part of the installation to create an indoor "forest". Digital artist in our team created a distinctive animation based on nature landscapes for this space, played on "crystals" which represent families.

The showflat is located in the heart area of Chengdu, the stage for young generations to show their attitude on lifestyle, personality and interests. Fashion forward, edgy, bold, interior decorations are the key items when designing this space. The theme of this showflat is "fast and furious" which obviously shows the imaginary residence was a young man.
