The 1600 square meter space occupies Plant No. 8 in an old warehouse storage park. The original character is preserved, with red brick walls kept and ceiling structures left exposed. Minimal decorative materials are used. The concept of architecture within architecture introduces three-dimensional thinking and multilevel extensions to the large hall. Glass curtains add transparency. Cafes, restaurants, libraries and shared offices support new technology and culture businesses.

Cloud Air Water is an office interior design covering 1362 square meters. The space was originally five separate small offices, now joined into one connected area. A pentagonal three-dimensional ceiling, formed of linked but independent shapes, represents clouds in the sky. A grille follows the ceiling and answers the contrasting lines on the floor, guiding movement through the space. The reception counter sits at the center and divides the interior into an open office area and a private area. Woven carpet, stainless steel, glass, wood grain plywood and marble are used.
