In light of the current situation and the client's requirements in the Design Brief, the design team intended to take advantage of the existing structures to form a composite landscape; a "floating path" winding towards the inside from the entrance. The floating path is suspended in the full-height front hall, appearing like a clean and mysterious ribbon. Below the floating path, there're natural plants, as well as resting and waiting areas.

Situated beside Yanhan Mountain, the building is very close to nature and not far away from the city as well. In the bustling concrete jungle, nature is very precious. Both the client and architects saw new possibilities, hoping to bring people back to the building and feel the unique beauty of nature. Through prudent design intervention, the architects intended to establish a new dialogue between nature and the building, and create experiences that are relevant to daily life in the bustling city.
