This Xi An Vanke Feng Xi Metropolis Plot 5 project includes a 34,000 square meter office tower and a 100,000 square meter shopping mall. Positioning young families and children as the target customer group. With the design concept of "Dougong Heritage, Silk Road New Language", Xi An Metropolis is committed to create a family-friendly shopping park for children and parents as well as a garden-like green living experience center for all customers.

The Xi An Vanke Feng Xi Metropolis Plot 5 is located in Feng Xi New District, Xi An. The Mall divides themed zones into highly innovative natural scenes to create a trendy and creative mixed experience. The "Waterfall" concept creates an iconic interior space for the region and so as the Vanke brand. The diversified experience scenes leading people to a new concept of life. The ultimate aim is to create a brand-new experimental shopping experience for the district.

Situated adjacent to natural wetland and right next to primary access expressway, Yoyo City stands as the new city gateway that stitch between urban and nature. Inspired by its surroundings, Yoyo City extends its energy into the green spaces of the shopping mall. The floating islands concept from the wetland becomes the key element that integrates the whole development linking the boutique apartment, shopping street and shopping mall. Yoyo City offers a garden mall experience to the people of Yinchuan.

JF Modern City is located in Yinchuan, China. This is a renovation project for a 10 years old shopping mall. The new design creates a new modern style and business model for the mall. The newly introduced interactive elements help to enhance the shopping experience while the new Winter Sunshine Roof Garden providing a relaxing space for visitors to enjoy the unique weather of Yinchuan.
