Designers regard efficiency, comfort, and inspiration as the core DNA of the space, exploring a new, futuristic office model of the CEO of a high-tech enterprise future with a concise, magnificent and fluent atmosphere. Designers mobilize the activity of the space by combining flexibility with functionality. The dynamic color language perfectly matches the sense of modernity and technology of the young brand.

Designers absorbed wisdom from Richard Sierra as he discussed the relationships between art, space, and audiences. The space fully conveyed the image of Prince Plaza as an urban aesthetics application platform from five perspectives, the city, space, buildings, people, and art. Visitors can feel the pulse of the city from its heights. In this office tower, shaped like an art gallery, designers created a modern commercial office exhibition space with a theme of energy.

The Staff Cafeteria located in the core of the Shenzhen Bay area, provides people a place to both dine and relax. After rigorous research, the designers adjusted the regional structure and the setting of the seat ratio to keep the dynamic line in an order at peak time. Interior decoration like bright colors, a large area of wood veneer and different lights by careful coordination enhances the people’s experience in this space. 'Organized, yet different' is the design concept of the project, and also reflects the attributes of this city.
