The design combines tone and lighting to support flexible use and a modern character. Storage cabinets are hidden within the walls, keeping the surfaces simple while adding function. Doors and service units are also concealed behind the walls to unify the compact space. The walls are made of Fenix NTM, a matt material with low light reflectivity and a soft touch. Chinese garden techniques of borrowed and enframed scenery extend the view through the French window.

Shenzhen Prince Plaza is an exhibition center located on the 25th floor of an office building in Shenzhen. The space covers about 16000 square feet and is arranged as an open, surrounding exhibition area. A glass wall divides the space and acts as a luminous installation. Palissandro blue marble, stone, aluminum and glass form the main materials. Metal cutting and lighting effects make the interior lighter and more transparent. Three viewing platforms link the city with the surrounding mountains and water. Small open desks replace large traditional desks to support interaction.

One Shenzhen Bay is a staff cafeteria designed to serve 500 people at the same time. A virtual block structure divides the long space, and vertical gaps add visual layers. Separate serving points are placed in the noodle area, the Chinese food area and the salad bar to reduce congestion. Mineral wool panels on the ceilings and walls absorb sound, while wood grain non-combustible panels meet fire protection requirements. Bright colors, wood veneer, beige tables and layered lighting create a calm and lively place for dining and rest.
