View Profile Consult Now Hire NowPeach Blossom Future Villa is a group of 56 single family houses set in a mountain scenic area in Anji, Zhejiang, China. The design follows the idea of uniting heaven, earth and humanity. Inspired by the traditional Chinese stilt house, each villa rests on three steel columns, which limit changes to the steep terrain and give a light appearance. Large glass walls form the enclosure and stress the horizontal extension, so the houses appear as glass boxes floating within the alpine landscape. Steel, glass and board finish concrete weather gracefully on the site.

Song-Zhang-Kou is a rural housing community in Siyang, Jiangsu, China. The design serves a mainly elderly population and keeps construction costs low. The houses are grouped in clusters that form sixteen village cores, which act as shared spaces for neighbors. Each home has a private courtyard used for a vegetable garden, storage and sun drying. The style is refined from traditional Northern Jiangsu architecture, with layered white gable walls and dark roof tiles, simplified to suit the budget. Solar panels are fitted to every unit.
