It is a new industrial park specializing in the marine industry and smart technology. The Exhibition Center is not only a core building of the new district, but is also representative of the image and position of the entire intelligent park, and has unique importance. Main roads, metro tracks, and other large-scale urban features form the background of the Exhibition Center.

The project is located on the top of Lianhua Hill. The primary principle is to achieve harmony between architecture and nature. The rest corridor connects the men's and women's toilets, and forms a visual corridor between the square and the mountain forest. The main walls are fully open, leading the scenery and natural wind into the room. One side of the square is set with art perforated plate as a visual barrier to protect privacy, giving the square a strong cultural atmosphere.
