Located in the bustling downtown area of Shenzhen, Tianxi No.1 is full of commercial atmosphere and sees the hustle and bustle of the city. As a local high-end real estate, it hopes to convey a kind of elegant and secluded life of oriental humanities in the impetuous downtown. The entrance uses a wide waterscape to create a place atmosphere of the whole space, and in the core of the downtown, a sense of place is set off in a quiet way.

Start with space and end with nature. When one opens the door, he or she enters the corridor of time, and an old rattan chair from Paris reverberates with the history of the French concession of the past, the present, and Xintiandi. Foyer promenade extends inward, leaving a blank face of acrylic wall, only letting the dizziness of light guide the spread of thoughts. The whole foyer is collected and released in an orderly manner, with the contemporary interpretation of the oriental concept, the noise will fade away, so as to enable free soothing of all the senses in the quiet.
