View Profile Consult Now Hire NowLord Qu is a visual identity created for a snack brand in Quzhou, China. The identity presents traditional Chinese food culture in a modern way for younger consumers. A character based on Confucius forms the central symbol, and the hair knot of the character is shaped like a steamed bun. Linear cartoon drawings connect the character with historical motifs such as the flying dragon, the Confucius Temple and auspicious clouds. A pig nose symbol is applied to steamers, tableware, lamps and seat backs in the restaurant space.
