A person can enter its body through a low fishtail and experience the perspective of a whale looking at the ocean where is easier for humans to reflect on the neglect of environmental degradation. The supporting structure falls on the beach to ensure minimal damage to the natural environment. Natural and environmentally friendly materials make this project a tourist destination that calls for environmental protection.

This library is more like a floating chip, an artificial cloud. But what is certain is that it brings great appeal to the community. An opportunity to become a city business card. The floor of the Library is free and horizontal. The project wants to use the advantages of technology to maximize the liberation of reading space and the re-interpretation of urban publicity. The library uses a steel truss roof to suspend the floor so that the transmission of force is from top to bottom. The interaction between people and space achieves the goal of the highly flexible cross-cultural atmosphere.
