The "mollusk" lifts itself by its soft legs and stretches its tentacles to explore different directions. The public part of the hotel resembles a floating space above the sand. The sandy ground blends into the hotel to become an outdoor playground in the shadow cast by the building above. The building blends the boundaries between buildings and landscape by its organic form and flexible connectivity. Eco-friendly technologies have been installed to minimize the environmental impacts.

This is a classic Basilica prototype from the symmetrical columnar hall in this modern commercial shopping mall. This discovery leads to the exploration of shifting the space from a commercial to a "sacred" one. The layout is a result of learning from the ancient polytheistic temples in Greece. Inspired by the visual-axis projection principles of the Acropolis. The pink "bridges" are arranged to point to each other, to guide the visitors gradually walking through the deep space of the shop.

Is it really a Hello Kitty style space dreamland for kids or the childhood imagined by adults? The design started from observing a social phenomenon "Childhood in shopping mall" and gives an outside-the-box solution. It is inspired by nature, the universe and hills. The "Universe" Zone frees a child’s consciousness, while the "Mountain" Zone frees a child’s body. It recalls the inspiration of nature and geometrical forms, to help children to develop their consciousness and bodies without reference to the common motifs that adults have created for them.

"A garden within" is the core concept of the boutique. This garden is not an isolated place, but a place one can wander around freely, rather it enhances connectivity. It is a junction between the inside and outside that slows down time. The pure geometric play of platforms and ramps, the use of steel, concrete and terrazzo reject any direct historical reference. The bespoke hanger lighting system crossing through the space enhances its aura. Despite its solid construction, the vertical plant wall softens the geometry, and the reflective panels impart an illusionist ambience to the space.
