It is a design case for the sales hall of a large real estate project. The sales hall has an area of 2,700 square meters and a height of 10 meters. The building is in a curled tea-leaf-shape and has a glass exterior wall. The interior space continues the architectural appearance artistic conception with a tea-leaf-shaped installation as the visual focus and functional layout orientation.

It is a renovation case for a building with an indoor area of 1000 square meters. The building is a single-family and steel-structured architecture. The owner wants to transform it into a real estate company office space with the business working and project display functions. The designer used traditional architectural techniques to build a new Chinese-style wooden house inside the building to reconcile the space, creating a working area and other spatial functions. The delicate wooden house is a great visual contrast to the steel-structured building. The visitors will be impressed.

The target clients for the project are social elites with higher education background. Therefore, it needs to convey impressive personality characteristics and cultural symbols in the space. On the basis of creating aesthetic space, the designer moderately introduced the design idea of deconstruction, used geometric forms and linear elements extensively in the space, and endowed the space with unique sense of fashion and literary temperament through the collision of Chinese and Western cultures.
