The character became a reflection of the key values of the author Dmitry Kudinov, the slogan Deeper Roots Stronger Branches emphasizes the worldview and professional approach of the author. The project began back in 2014, the created illustration was implemented in the format of limited edition prints together with Screen Print Studio. The entire implementation process took about a month of work, every detail was important, from the choice of paper to the final print quality.

Oil acts as a metaphor for a kind of resource, which man extracts for its further transformation and economic and social effect. In the post-industrial era, single-industry towns face one common problem: the drain of human capital, the lack of alternative scenarios for the development of professional and personal skills, and the lack of a favorable urban environment for recreation and leisure. The path of development from resource consumption to alternative directions is a motivation to improve the environment.

The nonfunctioning water tower has been decided by the Workshop management to reconstruct to become a climbing wall. Being the highest point around it is well visible outside the Workshop. It has the scenic view on Senezh lake, Workshop territory and pine forest around. Upon completion of their studies students participate in a ceremonial climbing to the very top of the tower being an observation point. Spiral movement around the tower is a symbol of experience gaining process. And the highest point is a symbol of life experience that is eventually transforms into the stone of wisdom.

Memorandum project is aimed at reflection of the most important moments of human lives. Complicated topics require deep studies of materials related to the topic, structuring of information and selection of key materials for using them as a fundamental content for coverage of a certain topic. Since it is a public project, it is subject to serious critics from the philistines, that is why the spontaneous communication function is of extreme importance. That requires serious responsibility for the result, but also brings a larger positive public feedback.
