Rose Garden Detached Villa
The project is located on one side of Fuchun River, which is is typical Hui Style architecture. Atrium and mezzanines design are adopted to cope with the hot-humid climate. The designer removed part of the floor slabs around the staircase to form an atrium, then adopted large windows, so the light can get to the underground floors.The banquet room in basement has a mirrored ceiling with water wave patterns on it, echoing the water-themed statues around the staircase.

Land of Euphoria Real Estate Sales Center
Reversing the function-oriented design of sales office and the old impression of the site, the designer set up a suspended roof with simple design and color matching coupling with Chinese garden landscaping method, further created a fantasy of settling. The hall bringing in greenery with bright windows as well extracting local culture, giving an experience of nature and transcending substance. The overall design retained traditional oriental aesthetics and also brought fresh thinking in line with the times.

Beitou, an area with a rich natural environment and cultural assets is where the project locates. Combining the box concept to collect the local features, adoption of translucent materials, and green landscaping, an organism accompanied by greenery is created. The interior corridor, patio, and courtyard setting like the Zen Garden, moreover with teak materials, infuse a harmonious integration with the environment as well deepen the locals' emotional connection and recognition to the community.

The River One Residential Apartment
This project is located near a river in Ningbo city. The building, designed by a world-famous architect Richard Rogers, features a bowellism style and irregular polygons on its appearance. Due to its structural design, the interior space is multi-angle and non-square. In order to reflect the philosophy of the architect, and to blend in its riverside-located background, the tortuous, water-like design embodies the layout and organization of the project, showing its fluidity and adaptability.

Staycation Detached Villa
Light is the core of this project. The villa has multifaceted day lighting. Multi level arrangement and front to back connection are used to make the space ventilated and bright, while forming a connection with the view. The staircase has the problem of western exposure, so the wooden grilles are used to adjust the sunlight and solve the overheating problem. The bathroom adopts switchable glass, which can change from transparent to translucent upon preference, to protect one's privacy.

This concept has indicated the enthusiasm of the client towards aviation sport. The modern customized furniture, the application of different materials and achieving passive ventilation are the highlights of the design. The space layout has been remodeled to meet the needs of the family, adding detailed designs to create a modern and pleasant living environment.

With “Living in the Park” as a design concept, the design team has integrated a natural elements into the design to create an easy and open reception center without losing its sense of formality. The lightweight metal roof and straight metal bracket give a clear outline of the space, and since the facade is facing the North, it opens an opportunity to have a great glass visual effect. With a variety of greening methods, from the outside to the inside, the park, outdoor landscaping, indoor vertical gardening, breaking the traditional concept of enclosed serious reception center.

Given the mountainous environment and scenery of clouds constantly passing by, this project has attracted many photographers. The building renovation follows the natural terrains and basis of topographic conditions, rock constructed walls and wood platform are designed to remain the landscapes to the greatest degree. With gentle transformation, the Balinese style interior decoration, enables the visitors to connect with the natural surroundings and purify their minds and soul.
