Since the original floor height is only 4.4m, the designers utilized a one-meter-high sunken space to make a mezzanine, hence maximizing the use of the whole space. By taking advantage of floor height, functional divisions for working, kitchen and conference, etc. are well arranged in the two-storey space without rigid partitions. Work is to integrate with life in the space.
