The design has kept the entire structure and created an atrium. Taking advantage of the original structure, the atrium transforms the liner into a woodland. Columns and beams immediately become trees and bridges. Continuous stairs and slides spiral up around the columns, connecting and activating spaces.

Mirror bridge brings both lightness and vitality into the once dark and narrow flat, invoking a feeling of dream and fantasy. The twisted metal surface allows the light to be reflected multiple times indoors, increasing the illumination as well as creating a magic time-tunnel experience. The renovation made significant improvements in lighting, ventilation, and sight. The form of the ground-supported portion and the tension of its shape partially reduced the difficulty of construction.

The design inspiration comes from the Fibonacci Spiral, a combination of order and elegance to the natural beauty of life as the intelligent medicine to the realm of life science. The site is surrounded by rivers that separate it into several islands with the most appealing "Dynamic island" in the center. Spiral sequences break the monotonous central-radial structure and connect all the islands through boulevards. The islands diversify the types of waterfront space and create free, formal, and casual public spaces.
