In addition to offering the possibility of living with quality of life, in noble and more wooded areas of large cities such as Sao Paulo, with modern design and security, giving its residents the freedom to live as they wish in open environments and configurable living spaces. according to need.

The use of small land, often unattractive to the market due to the limited construction, given the verticalization of large cities such as Sao Paulo, was the great differential of CUBE as an urban project. Besides offering the possibility of living with quality of life, in noble areas of the city with adequate cost, since it brings a village of houses with modern design and the security of a condominium, it gives its residents the freedom to live as they want by means of open spaces and configurable according to the need of who will use it.
