It comprises of a swimming pool (with specified lanes for training), a sauna and a Jacuzzi, 2 dining lounges, a Juice bar, in addition to changing rooms and lockers, and a fitness zone with the capacity for 20 people at a time and big enough for cross-fit training for a smaller group. It is equipped with electric car charging docks, and a cycling path for outdoor activities. It is also located on a man made water pond paying homage to the traditional serenity of the oasis of the Arabian desert.

Al Azra Home is a ground floor residential dwelling in the Emirate of Sharjah, in the United Arab Emirates. Commissioned as a retreat house for a retired Emirati lady in reminiscence to her original old house on the same plot long time ago. The house comprises of 2 bedrooms, an office, an open-plan living & dining space overlooking the inner courtyard, a semi open modern kitchen with a breakfast island and a maid's quarter. A generous use of vegetation around the premises provides privacy for the occupants and the water feature enhances the overall feeling of serenity.

The name "Majlis" is an Arabic term for a gathering guest space; however in the Arabic culture the meaning could be extended to any building that is built specifically for the purpose of hospitality, by the owner, as a welcoming location for his guests. This building is designed as a ground floor L-shaped premises consisting of both a formal and casual living and dining spaces, 2 ensuite bedrooms, a private discrete office, and a detached service block that serves an in-house kitchen. The Building is oriented facing the view of Dubai's Burj Khalifa in the distant horizon.

The Nad Al Hammar residence is a contemporary private villa located 10 minutes away from Dubai’s Burj Khalifa in the United Arab Emirates. The villa covers a total built-up area of approx. 5,400 sq./ft. (500 Sq.m), built on a 9,688 sq./ft. (900 Sq.m) piece of land. The premises consist of 2 levels; the ground floor and the first floor. The Nahil Farm Home is a contemporary rest house, located Nahil area, Al Ain City, in the United Arab Emirates. It is about 120 kilometers away from Dubai. The plot has 500 palm trees plantation to grow dates. The house is a ground level building, with a rooftop and BBQ area, covering a built-up area of 8,073 Sq/ft. It features a reflective pool, that helps in cooling and humidifying the air in the heart of the dry desert, in addition to functioning as a water reservoir for the irrigation of the Palm trees.
