The whole space is finished in a single blue tone, creating a monochrome setting for art. Four zones recall a casino, a hotel, a retail store and a piazza, and a vintage car is placed with part of the body out of view. Contrast is built with gloss and matt textures and with lighting at 6000K, because warmer light would make the blue look green. Most elements were prefabricated and installed on site. The interior covers 1464 square feet and seats 50 guests.

Monmono Yellow is a restaurant and gallery located in Central, Hong Kong. The interior is finished entirely in yellow and gold, forming a single-color volume inserted into the busy city. Arches, curved forms and a stair art installation shape the space. Mirrors extend the staircases visually and create the illusion of a tall atrium. Most construction elements were prefabricated and then installed on site, while the terrazzo tables were custom made to match the color tone. The design also serves as a platform for monochrome artworks by local artists.

Ricky's Kitchen is a restaurant interior in Hong Kong. The design reinterprets the city while keeping the brand identity. The feature wall uses materials that suggest a forest of concrete, with geometry recalling building facades with balconies and lighting that mimics lit households. A central linear LED ceiling represents the narrow strip of sky seen between high-rise buildings, and Leon lights on both sides recall highway traffic in long exposure photography. A T-shaped layout forms four semi-private zones, and benches with movable tables suit groups of different sizes.

Camellia is a restaurant located in a shopping mall in Kowloon, Hong Kong. The interior combines loft, modern and French styles, responding to the brand and to the mall. Pink flower walls are joined by black tones, gold trim, mirrors and arches, recalling Paris. Pink is used across the design, furniture, tableware and food, including the marble tables, chairs, benches and napkins. The shapes of the chairs and benches recall camellia petals. Antique mirrors on some walls extend the space and repeat the flower walls by reflection.

Hiyama is a Japanese restaurant interior designed around the ideas of nature, Zen and the traditional Japanese house. A bar near the entrance serves as a welcome area where guests can sit and wait with drinks. A bamboo path with mist creates the feeling of an outdoor garden. The dining areas are treated as separate houses, seen through the bamboo. A pavilion stands at the end of the path, followed by a main hall placed between a wooden veranda and a balcony facing the harbor. Each room is built as an individual structure with beams and columns.
