The name “epicenter” was redefined in order to mention not only the place where an earthquake starts, but also to refer to the spot where a wave –a sound wave in this case– starts propagating, which is the working principle of this device. The internal modular development and the aesthetics, which enhance a sturdy design, make this device a visual and acoustic interface for the earthquake warning system.
