Pinkishness Workshop
Setting the owner's favorite color as the main theme, the dreamy vibe and storybook whimsy are created. With different shades of pink, the spatial design embodies two totally different personalities of the owner and the designer, encapsulating an unique, unconventional elegance. Applying delicate imported tiles, coating, flooring, with arrangement of multilayer arches, curved lighting straps and shutters, the designer creates a visual feast including diverse elements.

Cloister Residence
The horizontal lattice design on the ceiling here echoes with the folds of the translucent curtains, continuously flowing from the top to the floor. In order to embellish and cover the AC installation that causes a relatively lower ceiling, the designer applies darker wooden materials and black coatings, creating a perception of heightened/brighter space from afar. The hollowed-out lattice and the darker color palette create the depth of the space, a visual feast of regularity without causing overwhelming feeling.

Decorating the working environment with an American Industrial interior style, the designer applies diverse materials all over the place. Keeping the original pipelines and the initial texture of the wall, the precise yet vigorous design presents the quality texture of the natural and organic space. Through particular application of color palette, it divides the function use of the office area. With sufficient lights that illuminate the industrial styling space, textures and lines outline it and soften the overall achromatic colors' bulkiness.

Black, grey and white are piled up through media of various textures, evaluating the depth of the space. The flow goes through the common area from the entrance to the living/dining room smoothly, with use of a well-balanced color palette and its dynamic atmosphere, merging into a stylish exquisiteness with personality.

The entire space of the Toughness and Gentleness is based mainly on ink - like black, white and grey colors, hoping to bring out a warm modern style from the colors with the addition of elements such as integrated warm - colored light strips, mirrored surfaces, glasses and more, allowing space with penetrative spaciousness without feeling compressed.

This design project is a renovation project for a 50-year-old residence, differentiating the renovation designs from the past, the designer took the humidity of the region into consideration and chose to refresh the building exterior with white iron sheet in order to avoid creating a massive amount of building waste, where the faster renovation process with easier to clean materials and less waste create the sustainable and eco-friendly green energy values for the residence.
