Besides sports facilities for the youth, extensive courtyards and gardens are created as a leisure retreat for nearby elderly population and help to bind the building with the surrounding natural setting. Dialogue and visual linkage are intentionally created between courtyards, gardens, function rooms, inside and outside, to bring different users together and encourage visitors to explore the building and the vicinity.
