View Profile Consult Now Hire NowThis residential space is custom-designed exclusively for a married couple, eliminating the need to divide it into multiple rooms during the floor plan. Uses the contrast between black and gold to present the starry night sky. With full moon chandelier placed on the high celling, presents a concept of Chinese poetry of "the white jade plate in the night sky". Redefines the home experience with the concepts of transparency, intelligence, smart functionality, and versatility. Reflective materials makes the mysterious beauty of the moon can be seen everywhere in the room.

With aspired admiration for the spirit of endeavoring through unchartered water of the renowned explorer, Magellan, the client wished to have the design of this office space based on the medieval nautical styling for this. With an environmental conservation theme, many recycled pallets were used to create a ship cabin office in transcending the nautical theme into an actual environment. That working is no longer mundanity but a bold endeavor, as the overall design theme was anchored on the symbolism of ships where different parts of the ships amalgamate with various parts of the office.

The interior area is 705 square meters, as the project is located within a premium commercial office building in Taipei City. As the client is one of the major brands of Taiwan’s lighting industry, the design, through the interior design of this brand new corporate headquarter, strives to depart from the conventional rigid and pedantic design framework of office spaces in Taiwan, and to exhibit the sense of fashion and technology, through which true spirit of the brand can be genuinely articulated.

The project area is approximately 317 square meters, and designed to satisfy the entertainment needs of a client with wealth of life experiences, while echoing the abundance of natural light and view of the site, as the panoramic 180-degree view is generously reserved for the living and dining areas while the balcony, originally surrounded by a glass curtain wall, now brings nature and vitality into the living environment through landscaping. Adjustable louver windows are installed at the full-height windows to accurately control natural lighting and room temperature for energy saving purpose.
