Greenland Phoenix Pearl Club Community Clubhouse
Phoenix Pearl is located in Qingdao, a city lying between mountains and sea. The design takes into consideration residents' new understanding of the circle of home and life. The design embodies a wide range of scenes to extend the pursuit of quality life and provides a new consumption experience where urban living aesthetics integrates with mutually supportive communities. Like the museum's changing space, it spirals upward to obtain maximum natural light and upward views. It is a comprehensive extension of spatial aesthetics and interpersonal relationship.

Zhangtai Haitang Bay Sales Center
The Haitang Bay project of Zhangtai Group is located in Beihai, Guangxi. In the design of this case, the 31 Design team follows the concept of merging design elements into the surrounding. Except for a combination of architectural structures and beautiful sea views, the design team profoundly redefines the concept of a real estate sales center and reshapes the business culture. The interior design gets rid of the conventional impression of sales center with no more stereotypical commercial features. A vivid, situational and artistic scene is created to bring space, nature and people closer.

Sanya Visun Cullinan Sales Center
The site characterizes an intersection of mountains, rivers, and waters. The architect started the design from the authentic perception of the gift from nature to the interior by blending the local features. The architecture attempted to weaken the confine of each associated space, ending up with a more successive surface to create a contracted and comfortable ambiance found in museum generally. Dispersed rattan crafts in the area are intangible cultural heritage of Li Nationality.

The design is based on a new understanding of luxury, focusing on comfortable environmental experience and emphasizing spiritual inspiration. There is no excessiveness inside the space. Instead, simple but multi-layer materials are used to create quiet and introvert ambience. In a certain dimension, the "inaction" advocated by Chinese Daoism shares the same meaning with "Less Is More" by western modernism architecture.

The design refines and interprets humanity's pursuit of the unknown challenge and the spirit of never-ending progress with artistic perspective.

With the inspiration of the galloping yachts and the rolling lines of waves, the interior design continues the simple rhythm. The nature and art is well reflected in the design, which interprets the unique aesthetic spirit of the coast.

The traditional Oriental aesthetic concept is combined with the modern context with the design philosophy as less is more. The wall and the ground are plain and elegant accompanied by the light and shadow changes, when the combination of lines and surfaces gives the space a pleasant scale.
