In the design of this case, the 31 Design team follows the concept of merging design elements into the surrounding. Except for a combination of architectural structures and beautiful sea views, the design team profoundly redefines the concept of a real estate sales center and reshapes the business culture. The interior design gets rid of the conventional impression of sales center with no more stereotypical commercial features. A vivid, situational and artistic scene is created to bring space, nature and people closer.

Phoenix Pearl is located in Qingdao, a city lying between mountains and sea. The design takes into consideration residents' new understanding of the circle of home and life. The design embodies a wide range of scenes to extend the pursuit of quality life and provides a new consumption experience where urban living aesthetics integrates with mutually supportive communities. Like the museum's changing space, it spirals upward to obtain maximum natural light and upward views. It is a comprehensive extension of spatial aesthetics and interpersonal relationship.

Located at Shenzhen Bay, where an inch of land values an inch of gold. With a space of nearly 1000 square meters, it owns a perfect sea view and a reclusive environment. The design is based on a new understanding of luxury, focusing on comfortable environmental experience and emphasizing spiritual inspiration. There is no excessiveness inside the space. Instead, simple but multi-layer materials are used to create quiet and introvert ambience. In a certain dimension, the "inaction" advocated by Chinese Daoism shares the same meaning with "Less Is More" by western modernism architecture.
