Fantasia Property Huizhou Villa Villa Show Flat
Tea is an integral part of our home, our life and our family. You can stay indoors or in the front yard, with a cup of tea in your hand. You can also walk barefoot on the verdant lawn. Beside the lawn stands a landscape pond; and the pond boasts a translucent floor, which turns out the glass roof of a basement. The rippling water adds a dynamic touch to the entire space. As you look down, a spiral staircase and its glass cantilever entrance will come into sight.

Rong Art Gallery is divided into two parts: the main building and the auxiliary building. The designer integrated the spatial behavioral aesthetic interest into it. Interest is obtained by walking. Every place you walk, you can feel different details and visual experiences, peel off the impetuosity brought by the outside world and return to the state of calm heart. You can feel the interweaving of the future and history, the accumulation of history and the modern way of life here.

The project took less than two months from design to opening. The designer thought of the ancient literati and painters who uses few strokes and words to reveal their broad mind and simplified what was complicated to complete the design and the high-quality implementation in such a short time. The process looked quite like the original intention of the tea ceremony: to eliminate fidgetiness before tasting fragrance.

The space design gets its inspiration from Guangdong province’s hills, ravines, and streams. Leveraging the bionics, this design creates a modern minimalist ambiance, with a ravine hidden in the urbanscape. Space not only creates a futuristic experience but even recaptures the well-established tradition. The enclosed houses, village, alley, ravine and stream could bring back the sweet young days hidden in the depths of your mind.

The show flat is located on the natural slope landscape of Lushan Mountain. A modern villa retains the original slope terrain ecology, constructs a beautiful urban skyline, and creates a park-like living experience as a whole. The residence is integrated with the natural landscape and connected with the surrounding environment. The dining room adopts the design of a large horizontal hall, and the living room with a large space scale and super long landscape balcony are perfectly integrated.

Even the ID card adopts the form of a plane. In terms of human-oriented experience, the spatial-temporal aesthetics of oriental gardening is infused into the indoor space.
