Challenging project from the conception of its reinforced concrete structure to the sliding panels that close the apartment frames. It presents a monolithic design, which unifies the formalist identity of the project, with a strong interaction with the surroundings that will be built.

This was the project development concept. The final product features an ever-changing building, where your users will always see a different design, from different angles.

The 135 Jardins Project was designed to be an emblematic residential and commercial enterprise - to become an icon and a landmark among so many buildings already built in the city of Balneario Camboriu (Brazil). Designed in a pure prism, it was designed to be asymmetrical, in which the apartment tower interconnects with its base and retail area; bringing the concept of green areas in all shared use spaces.

The Eleve Residence, designed by architect Rodrigo Kirck, located in the south of Brazil, in the coastal city of Porto Belo; To promote design, Kirck implemented concepts and values of contemporary architecture and sought to redefine the concept of residential building, bringing experience to its users and the relation with the city. The designer applied the use of mobile windshields, innovative construction systems and parametric design. The technologies and concepts applied here, aimed to transform the building into an urban icon and to generate new ways of creating buildings in your region.

The solution holds the use of scenic lighting, innovative construction systems and the use of parametric design. All technologies and concepts applied to this project aim to transform the future building into an urban icon.

ONE, a building located in the south of Brazil. The project seeks to reconsider and redefine the user experience and its relationship with the ground floor. The conceptual solution adopted a metal sculpture and aims to reduce the impact caused by the need of five garage floors. The formal, iconic and plastic appeal adopts the letter Y, as a parametric matrix for structuring a mask in the form of sculpture detached from the base, thus creating an urban visual landmark, transforming its aggressive base into something light and pleasant to the people, which travel at its base.
