The entire house is designed in line with modern light luxury style as the principle of design. The private area is designed in accordance with different preferences, thus embodying in different characteristics. The core value of people-oriented design consisting of the trim decorations, traffic flows, functions of space, components of environment and preferences integrates each layout and creates vitality for space.

This case uses humanitarian tones as a guide to the space, and the warmth, organic characteristics as well as the uniqueness are presented with materials with eco-friendly characteristics. Designer even implement a large number of empty dimensions, in which the tone of the style can be shaped by habits and characteristics of the residents that reflect their exclusive and unique space ideas.

The designer hopes to convey an exquisite space idea to this case, and try to re-interpret the modern low-level luxurious style with materials, color saturation, proportions, furnishings, and light atmosphere. In such soft atmosphere, people would feel the closest feeling of belonging when entering the door.

The use of materials, light, and proportions in this project construct the unique aesthetics of generosity in oriental culture, integrating the elegant texture of western one, and create the concept of the “New Oriental Aesthetics”. Considering the building location and seasonal changes of lights, designer even redefine and allocate spatial scales to make appropriate plans. With the simple and pure designed appearance, one can feel the essence of life.
