The line lights were formed in triangle shapes and connected with each other continuously to surround the shop seating areas. The team carefully filled up the drawings with the graphic patterns and shared those images with all staffs to have the common visions. The design was inspired by a phrase; people have built too many walls but not enough bridges. At the entrance, visitors may recognize a white bridge and staircases in an opening void. All shop contents such as bakery, lounge, coffee bar, and restaurant, are located to surround those bridge and staircases. Not dividing the areas into smaller, but Kamio provided a big open space through the 1st & 2nd floors. He expected that the spontaneous communications may occur between the customers by facing to each other in the sharing space. He says that this is a place to connect and to share.

The design concept was brought by an idea of combining the space surfaces with various geometric expressions to make an art feeling space. Several geometric patterns were applied to the floor, walls, and ceiling with the emphasizing lighting system. The design team used several types of tiles in different directions and tried to create some kind of the eye-movements to the space. They focused on making the space more art and fun rather than just a normal hospital lounge.
