View Profile Consult Now Hire NowIn this double volume industrial building, a collaborative business between Frank Laurent Coffee Roaster and Lee Motors Bodyworks and Bespoke Motoring are made to run in great dynamic. The car detailing shop opted for an industrial vintage look while the cafe’s brand is leaning towards minimalism. With the challenge of merging the design styles together, the usage of bricks, concrete and design features such as metal arches or trusses were incorporate into the design to resemble a vintage industrial warehouse; while the colors, materials and furniture selections are of minimalist style.

The Macalister Mansion Hotel is a revived heritage mansion, the first hotel in Malaysia to become a member of the prestigious Design Hotels brand. Inspired by the mood of London, the hotel was conceptualized as Old English Embodiment. It portrays a sympathetic union between modern and classic with a tinge of comfortable homey ambiance, filled with classic antique joinery profiles and materials.

Wellings No.5, aiming to upload the tagline of the pharmaceutical industry, "Passion For Healing", combines the trend of lifestyle and health. Inspired by the heritage background of the building and city, this retail pharmacy offers a whole new healing experience to its consumers by featuring its lifestyle space ranging from local artisanal products to a reading corner. A perfect exemplification of a "Lifestyle Pharmacy".

EL Residence was inspired to be designed with a new burst of creativity through texture and materials, with a design that focuses on customised layouts. A bold and mature theme became the main design idea with a touch of vibrant colour and curved shape design element to soften the primary design approach. Materials such as chrome steel, metal elements, natural stones and marble are used to bring out the overall design approach, while feminine elements in the form of organically-shaped ornaments and furniture are incorporated to balance off the masculine vibe and light up the inner space.

Blue Chip Indulgence is a project that showcases the harmonious marriage between classic and modern designs brought to life through an elegant, mature and warm ambience. Considering the structure and architecture of the colonial mansion that the restaurant Blanc is situated in, much of the surroundings was made to imitate the Old English vibe while incorporating modern fittings using custom made furniture and fixtures with fine detailing. The curated design allows the restaurant to serve customers flexibly whilst providing privacy and enjoyment for all types of customers.
