The designer re-planned the space layout, adjusting the space layout to two rooms, one living room and one dining room which extends the spaces. The open dining room and study room lead the sunlight come inside the house, which allows people bath in the sunshine, and reduces the use of artificial light. Bright light and broad vision. An elegant space with a fresh and energetic beauty brings out the taste of life and the quality of space.

Return to the Mountain Woods Apartment
The proprietor of this residential spatial planning design project is returning to Taiwan after spending a long time residing overseas, and hopes this residence will also become a gathering venue for family and friends. Therefore, the area of over 330m2 is designed into a club and residence, planning using the concept of connecting the entire space. The design applied several materials including marble, stone, veneer, titanium plating and steel panel to demonstrate the modern generosity.

For his art training in ink wash painting, the designer applies primary tone of design as black-and-white when selecting fixture furniture, which expresses the aesthetics of Chinese ink paintings. Idealized from the similar concept, the adornment of bookcase and swastika-style racks expresses the artistic philosophy of Chinese culture, which makes less apparent the inelastic plumbing.
