View Profile Consult Now Hire NowDesigned as a decorative light, the Mi-480 deals with the idea of a textured skin, creating layers of transparent, translucent and opaque patterns. The gradients of light and shade that result, give the surface a sense of visual depth which changes depending upon the viewing angle. 480 pieces of acrylic, varying in size are illuminated by a single light source, located in the centre. This further helps create the illusion of a richly textured skin. Carefully placed gaps in the skin allow for rays of light to escape through, creating their own patterns onto the surroundings.

Predominantly designed for the public space, GUFTAGUU is amalgamation of freedom and choice provided to the user. The ability of the seating system to fluctuate between an introvert and extrovert composition through movable seats adheres to the conceptual theme of 'the gentle art of conversation' - GUFTAGUU (Urdu). The system allows fluctuation between 86” to 45” in length and 58” to 26” in width. Constructed from powder coated steel frame, the composition is adaptable for multiple user groups and scenarios. Its adaptive design, facilitates for public waiting areas as well as open parks.

Designed as a decorative light, Mi-30 deals with the notion of transmutation and the translation of planes into form that hint at fluidity and movement. The layering system of the skin plays with a range of light and shadows, creating an enclosure that implies organic growth. The lamp always presents a different profile depending upon the angle it is viewed from which also changes the intensity of light along with it.
