His aim was to pay tribute to its original industrial use, preserving its open plan, but without falling into minimalism. This dwelling defines perfectly the concept of an italian-style loft: it's open and fluid, but at the same time intimate, warm and seductive. There is no physical separation between the rooms, but the different areas, even functions, are defined by colours and materials.
